Martin Stein graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University (1969) and New York University Law School (1972), where he was a Pomeroy Scholar and a member of the Order of the Coif.  Before Joining HH&F as counsel, Martin was a partner at Phillips Nizer Benjamin Krim & Ballon and Parker Duryee Rosoff & Haft.  Martin has extensive trial and appellate experience in the state and federal courts.  Since joining HH&F, Martin has continued to specialize in commercial litigation.
