Directors and Officers Liability.  Our lawyers are regularly called upon to counsel and advise directors and officers of both large and small corporations regarding potential liability for acts taken during their tenure.  One of our partners served on the steering committee of counsel to former directors of a failed commercial bank under threat of lawsuit by the FDIC.  In addition, our lawyers, both at our firm and elsewhere, have successfully represented insurers, officers, directors and corporations in disputes regarding officers and directors liability and the interpretation of directors and officers insurance policies.

Private Disability.  We have served as counsel to former and current professionals regarding their rights under their private and group disability policies.
