Evan R. Shusterman graduated magna cum laude from the City University of New York at Queens College (2001) and from Fordham University School of Law (2004), where he was Associate Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Journal. As a first-year law student, Evan interned for the Honorable Martin E. Ritholtz of the Supreme Court of the State of New York in Queens County.  At Heller, Horowitz & Feit, P.C., Evan has concentrated on intellectual property, commercial litigation and securities.
