Employment Relationships.
  Our attorneys have extensive expertise in representing employees, particularly in the financial services industry, in negotiations and disputes with their employers and former employers.  These include disputes involving restrictive covenants, matters involving the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act, and the negotiation, arbitration and litigation of severance, bonus, incentive compensation and other employee related issues.  Most recently, we litigated a landmark securities industry employment matter before the New York State Court of Appeals.

Discrimination Claims.
  Our attorneys have represented parties in high-profile employment discrimination cases, and regularly represent parties in a number of discrimination claims involving allegations of sex discrimination, sexual harassment and age discrimination in Federal and State Courts throughout the Country, before government agencies such as the New York State Human Rights Commission, as well as in various arbitration forums including the National Association of Securities Dealers.  Our cases have received front page treatment in major news outlets such as the Wall Street Journal and the New York Law Journal.
