Eli Feit graduated cum laude from City College of New York (1969) and from New York University Law School (1972), where he was an editor of the Annual Survey of American Law.  He practiced with Jacob Heller and Richard Horowitz at Weiss, Rosenthal, Heller & Schwartzman and left with them in 1979 to create HH&F.  While trained as a litigator, Eli has had extensive experience as a real estate practitioner representing developers in condominium and cooperative apartment conversions and in forming their joint ventures and as a trusts and estates and general corporate practitioner.
