One of the principal areas of expertise of Heller, Horowitz & Feit, P.C. is in counseling and trouble shooting small to medium size companies on all matters relating to their day-to-day business operations.  On a regular basis, we represent business entities, beginning with their formation, including public filings and shareholder, member or partnership agreements.  We also operate as general counsel to business entities and their principals by advising them on general legal, contractual and employment issues.  This aspect of our practice requires, in many cases, being immediately available to our clients to answer a multitude of legal questions , strategize over complicated business issues and draft or negotiate corporate documents and agreements.
