Allen M. Eisenberg graduated cum laude from Yeshiva University (1989) and from New York University School of Law (1992), where he served on the Moot Court Board. During law school, Allen worked as a legal intern for the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball.  After graduation, Allen practiced commercial and insurance litigation.  Since joining HH&F in March 1997, Allen has concentrated primarily in the firm's commercial litigation practice.
