Alan A. Heller graduated cum laude from Queens College (1985) with honors in accounting and from Cardozo Law School (1988), where he was Articles Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.  As a third year law student, Alan interned for the Honorable John E. Sprizzo of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Since joining the firm in 1988, Alan has concentrated on commercial and securities litigation.
